The Gala Dinner Sponsor is mentioned throughout the whole event when talking about Gala Dinner, and on the website; Sponsor logo is placed on printed conference materials. The Dinner Sponsor may include its promotional materials in bags of forum members and place its promotional stand in the Forum conference venue. It is possible to negotiate additional advertising opportunities for the Sponsor. The Gala Dinner can have multiple sponsors. For example – the main course, wine, dessert, musical performance sponsor.
Ice Breaking Party sponsor – EUR 15 000
Ice Breaking Party (IBP) Sponsor is mentioned throughout the whole event when talking about Ice Breaking Party, and on the website; Sponsor logo is placed on printed conference materials. The IBP Sponsor may include its promotional materials in bags of forum members and place its promotional stand in the Forum conference venue. It is possible to negotiate additional advertising opportunities for the Sponsor. The IBP can have multiple sponsors. For example – snacks, wine&bear, entertainment sponsor.
